- Our Shop offers Sport Plus Camp merchandise and related items.
- By placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method, and that you accept these Terms.
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

4.2 Pricing and Payment
- Prices are displayed in RON.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable at the time of order will be honoured.
- Payments are securely processed through Stripe (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay).

4.3 Delivery
- We deliver orders only in Romania.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery.

4.4 Returns and Refunds
- Customers are entitled to return defective or incorrect products within 14 days of delivery.

- Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected.
